Pricing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. There is no annual plan at launch. Prices are shown excluding applicable sales tax, VAT and GST, which is calculated from your billing country and added at checkout before you pay. Prices are in US dollars and you pay in US dollars; if your card is in another currency, your bank or card issuer may convert the amount and charge its own fees.

Each plan includes a monthly amount of AI usage. Usage above that amount is billed pay-as-you-go, up to a spending limit you can see and adjust in your account. You get alerts at 50%, 75%, 90% and 100% of the limit. When you reach it, the AI assistant stops answering new questions until the next billing cycle or until you raise the limit; nothing is charged beyond it without your action.

The Trial lasts 14 days from sign-up and needs no card. When it ends, access pauses until you choose a paid plan; your projects, connected data and chat history stay in place.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments, which is the seller of record. It takes your payment, calculates and remits tax, and issues your invoice. Enji AI LLC provides and supports Enji Lite.

You can cancel at any time; cancellation applies from the next billing period, with no refund for the unused part of the current period. There is a 14-day money-back window on your first payment. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy and our Terms of Use.

A change to another plan starts from your next billing period, at the new plan’s price, and is not prorated.

We give at least 30 days’ notice before a price increase takes effect. These are launch prices.
