Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 21 September 2026
This page explains how to cancel an Enji Lite subscription and when you can get your money back. It is part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Use. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments, the seller of record, which pays any refund.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account settings or from the Dodo Payments customer portal (linked in your invoice email). Cancellation applies from the next billing period: you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for and are not charged again. We do not prorate or refund the unused part of the current period. When your subscription ends, access pauses in the same way as when the Trial ends. If you ask us or Dodo Payments to cancel by email instead of using the portal, please do so at least 48 hours before the end of your billing period. There is no cancellation fee.
14-day money-back window
If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, ask us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full, whatever the reason. This applies to the first payment only, not to later payments such as renewals, upgrades or top-ups. A refund ends the paid plan and the AI usage included with it, and access pauses as after the Trial.
No refunds for unused time
Cancelling stops future renewals only. We do not prorate charges or refund the unused part of a billing period, a previous plan after an upgrade, a downgrade, unused AI usage allowance or an unused top-up balance, except where the law requires or Dodo Payments’ Buyer Terms provide. If you upgrade, the change takes effect immediately at the full price of the new plan and a new billing period starts with the AI usage included in the new plan available from that day; the unused part of your previous plan is not refunded or credited, and unused included AI usage from it does not carry over. If you move to a lower plan, the change starts from your next billing period.
Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel a digital subscription within 14 days of first subscribing, to the extent it applies and has not been exhausted by your use of the Service. Because Dodo Payments is the seller, that right is governed by Dodo Payments’ Buyer Terms, under which you lose the right of withdrawal for digital content once access has begun, to the extent the law allows; you can also send your request to us and we will pass it on. Nothing on this page removes a right you have under the law of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by agreement.
How to ask for a refund
Write to contact@enji.ai from the email on your account, with your order number if you have it. We will pass eligible requests to Dodo Payments. You can also contact Dodo Payments directly at the support address in your invoice email. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 3–5 business days. Apart from the 14-day window above, refunds are at Dodo Payments’ discretion under its Buyer Terms, which also provide that unused subscription periods are not refunded.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Dodo Payments may retry it and email you. Your subscription may be put on hold until you update your payment method in the customer portal.
Tax
If you were charged sales tax or VAT and are registered for it, contact Dodo Payments within 60 days of the purchase with a valid tax code to ask for a refund of the tax.
Disputes with your bank
Please contact us or Dodo Payments before disputing a charge with your card issuer; it is almost always faster. Dodo Payments’ Buyer Terms allow it to refuse further sales to you or charge USD 100 for a dispute it finds to be without merit.
