Accessibility
Effective date: 21 September 2026
The European Accessibility Act has applied to consumer e-commerce since 28 June 2025. We sell Enji Lite subscriptions to individuals through this website, so it applies to us, and this page says where we actually stand.
Where we stand
We assess Enji Lite against WCAG 2.1 AA.
Automated testing. Lighthouse’s accessibility audit runs over the public website and the product, and anything it flags is logged as a defect and fixed rather than left. That covers the machine-checkable part of WCAG and not the rest — see below.
What automated testing does not establish. It does not judge whether alt text is meaningful, whether focus order makes sense, whether every control can be reached and left with a keyboard, or whether form errors are identified usefully. So a clean automated run is a baseline rather than a conformance claim, and we do not describe the Service as conforming to WCAG 2.1 AA on the strength of one.
A keyboard-only pass across the main flows has not started, and there is no fixed plan for one yet. We will publish what it finds here, including anything that comes back badly, once it does.
The public website uses semantic HTML and remains readable without JavaScript. It is light-only. The application requires JavaScript and offers dark and light themes: it defaults to dark, you can switch manually, and that choice is remembered. Neither surface blocks ordinary browser zoom.
A Lighthouse check on 16 September 2026 scored the public website 89/100 and surfaced three issues we are tracking as defects: some elements with an ARIA role are missing required child elements that role depends on; in places, background and foreground colors do not have sufficient contrast; and some link text is not distinguishable by screen readers. We will update this page as they are fixed.
Reporting a problem
Write to contact@enji.ai, or call us at +996 555 42 90 55, and tell us what you were trying to do and what got in the way. We reply within 5 business days. Accessibility problems are treated as defects, not feature requests. If we cannot fix something quickly we will tell you the timeline and, where we can, find another way to get you what you needed.
If you use assistive technology and something about this page itself is a barrier, say so and we will send the same information in whatever format suits you.
Scope
This statement covers the public website described above and the application you use once signed in, including every screen behind login — the chat assistant, dashboards, connected-tool settings, and account and billing settings within Enji Lite itself.
It does not cover checkout. When you subscribe or manage payment, you are handed to Dodo Payments, our reseller and merchant of record, whose hosted checkout and customer portal (invoices, payment methods, cancellation) are Dodo Payments’ own interface, outside our control and not built by us. We cannot assess or commit to their accessibility on Dodo Payments’ behalf. If you hit a barrier there, tell us anyway at contact@enji.ai — we will raise it with Dodo Payments, though we cannot guarantee a fix on their timeline.
Enforcement
If you are in the European Union and you are not satisfied with how we have handled an accessibility complaint, you can escalate to the national enforcement authority. Which authority that is depends on the country you live in, and each Member State designates its own. Ask us at contact@enji.ai and we will point you to the one for your country. You do not have to come to us first, though it is usually faster.
